Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

These User Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Srav Health website, app, and related services (the “Platform”) operated by Srav Health Pte. Ltd. (“Srav Health,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a programme, enrolling in the 12-week plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Your website login is the same account used in the Srav Health app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data under PDPA/GDPR and other applicable laws.

1. Who May Use Srav Health

You confirm you are 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a contract.

The Platform is a global tele-health/wellbeing service; availability of certain services may vary by location and practitioner licensure.

2. Nature of Service / No Diagnosis or Treatment

Nature of Services. Srav operates a virtual health platform that facilitates connections between Clients and independent board-certified Practitioners. Srav itself does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services. Any clinical assessment, interpretation of diagnostic results, prescription, or treatment recommendation provided through the Platform is rendered solely by the relevant Practitioner in their independent professional capacity, and not by Srav.

The Practitioners are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Srav. Srav does not control, direct, or supervise the clinical judgment of any Practitioner. The Client acknowledges that the practitioner-client relationship, where one is formed, exists solely between the Client and the Practitioner.

Srav makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any consultation, the accuracy of any diagnosis, the appropriateness of any prescription, or the suitability of any treatment recommendation. The Client acknowledges that virtual care has inherent limitations and that in-person evaluation may be necessary in certain circumstances. The Client agrees to seek in-person medical care for emergencies and where clinically indicated.

Srav Health offers: (a) a personalised five-system assessment and plan, (b) a 12-week integrative programme with a multi-practitioner care team, (c) supplement and diagnostic ordering, (d) self-paced programmes, and (e) symptom tracking and daily flow tools.

Pre-existing medical conditions. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are under the care of a physician, you must disclose this during your intake assessment. Our practitioners will work alongside your existing medical care, not replace it. We may decline to provide certain services where a condition falls outside the scope of integrative health coaching.

HRT and hormonal therapies. Srav Health does not prescribe, administer, or manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or any hormonal medication. Our approach focuses on foundations — nervous system regulation, gut health, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle — that support your body’s own hormonal function. If HRT is appropriate for you, your GP or endocrinologist is the right provider. Our practitioners can work in parallel with HRT, supporting the foundational work that complements medical treatment.

For emergencies, call your local emergency number immediately (Singapore: 995). Always follow your clinician’s advice.

Practitioners on Srav Health act as independent providers, not Srav Health employees or agents. A GP reviews all clinical notes and protocols as part of our governance framework.

3. Accounts, Security & Privacy

Your web and app logins are one shared account. Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

We use passwordless options (e.g., magic link/OTP). We may send transactional and service emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders).

We handle your data per our Privacy Policy (PDPA/GDPR-aligned). You may request access, correction, or deletion where available by law.

4. The 12-Week Programme

After the assessment, you receive a personalised letter, root-cause analysis, supportive practices, and a daily flow. Your care team (lead practitioner, two supporting practitioners, and a care coordinator) is assigned before your first consultation.

The programme fee (S$2,600) covers all practitioner consultations, app access, and care coordination. Supplements, herbs, and diagnostic tests are not included and are billed separately — your practitioner will discuss these with you before any additional costs are incurred. Your personalised protocol is confirmed after your lead practitioner reviews your intake.

A GP reviews all practitioner notes and protocols. For cases with red flags or specific medical conditions, the GP is present in consultations. For all other cases, the GP reviews notes post-consultation and updates the protocol asynchronously.

You can edit your Daily Flow anytime (e.g., swap practices, change times, pause items). Your plan evolves with practitioner input throughout the 12 weeks.

5. Recommendations (Practitioners & Programs)

Practitioners are assigned to your care team based on their speciality area matched to your clinical profile and assessment results. Your care team is confirmed before your first consultation.

Programs and supportive content may be recommended based on your profile. These are suggestions — you can browse all available programs and choose what fits you.

6. Programs & Events

Programs. Programs are included as part of your subscription or programme at no additional cost. Program pages indicate format (self-paced, coach-supported, live circle) and duration.

Events.Most are free or low-cost; registering creates an RSVP and you'll receive join links and calendar files (ICS). Replays are typically available for a limited time.

7. Consultations, Scheduling, and Messages

The 12-week programme includes scheduled consultations with your lead practitioner and supporting practitioners as defined in your treatment protocol. Additional interventions (acupuncture, Ayurvedic therapies, etc.) may be added through your care coordinator.

Sessions are delivered online or in person as specified. You will receive confirmations, reminders, and calendar invites.

Messaging through the platform is for care coordination and guidance, not emergencies. Your care coordinator manages all communication routing between you and your care team.

Recording. Consultations may be recorded with your explicit consent for clinical documentation purposes. You will be asked to consent before any recording begins — recording will not proceed if you decline. Recordings are stored securely on a private, access-controlled video platform and are accessible only to you and your assigned practitioners. You may request deletion of any recording at any time by contacting your care coordinator or emailing priyanka@sravhealth.com.

8. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout in SGD unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes displayed at checkout.

11. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., messages, notes), subject to our Privacy Policy.

You grant Srav Health a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content to operate the Platform (e.g., display in your app, support sessions, provide reminders) and to create anonymized/aggregated data for product improvement.

12. Intellectual Property (Srav Health & Practitioners)

The Platform, software, and Srav Health content are protected by IP laws.

Practitioner course materials and guidance are the practitioner's IP; personal use only. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.

13. Data Protection & Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit, role-based access).

Do not download or share your health information outside the Platform except for your personal records or with trusted clinicians.

Report suspected breaches to priyanka@sravhealth.com.

14. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., video conferencing, payments, email, analytics). Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their services.

15. Disclaimers

No warranties. The Platform and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Outcomes vary. We do not guarantee results from any plan, program, event, or practitioner.

16. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

(a) Srav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, emotional distress, or any damages arising from the acts, omissions, or clinical judgment of any Practitioner.

(b) Srav’s total aggregate liability to the Client under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to Srav in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 1,000, whichever is greater.

(c) Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by Srav’s gross negligence.

The Client acknowledges that these limitations are a fundamental basis of the commercial bargain and that Srav would not provide the Services on the agreed terms without them.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Srav Health and our officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our sole negligence or willful misconduct.

18. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update these Terms and will post the "Last Updated" date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, legal requirements, or risk to users. You may stop using the Platform at any time and can request account deletion subject to our retention obligations.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution.Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The Client expressly waives any right to commence proceedings in any other forum, including any right to a jury trial, and any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the tribunal orders otherwise.

20. Acknowledgment by Clients Located in the United States

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

(a) Srav is a Singapore-incorporated entity and does not maintain offices, employees, or operations in the United States;

(b) The Services are provided from Singapore and are not designed, marketed, or held out as compliant with United States federal or state laws regulating the practice of medicine, telehealth, prescribing, or health information (including but not limited to HIPAA, state medical practice acts, and state telehealth licensure requirements);

(c) Where a Practitioner provides services to the Client, the Client is responsible for confirming that the Practitioner is appropriately licensed to provide such services to a person located in the Client’s jurisdiction;

(d) Any prescription or treatment recommendation provided through the Platform may not be valid or fillable in the United States, and the Client should not rely on such recommendations without consulting a US-licensed practitioner;
