Perimenopause
67%of women say symptoms disrupt professional and personal lifeNUS/HeyVenus, 2025

Perimenopause

The transition most women are never told about. Symptoms start years before menopause. We identify the pattern and address the root cause across all five body systems.

“I was a hot mess. My mid-40s were raging with emotional overwhelm signalling to my colleagues the week before my period. When I found Srav Health I found clearly the nutrition deficiencies driving my hair fall and PMS. But I also found a structure to let go of behavioural patterns that were holding me back. This can really be a golden decade with support like Srav.”

Menopause

Beyond HRT. A coordinated clinical approach addressing the nervous system, gut health, inflammation, and hormonal pathways together.

“My GP said this is par for the course when my menopause hit at 56. I was travelling like crazy, leading a big team but it just did not feel right. I did not want to sweat and not sleep for weeks. Srav really connected the dots and gave me the care I needed. I am 58 and thriving.”

Partner Support

Partner Support

Supporting partners through their spouse's life transitions. Understanding what is happening, how to help, and when to step back.

“I knew my partner was going through something. We had not spoken in days, only transactional. I wanted to help her. I gave solutions which made her even more distant. Srav helped me understand what is going on and exactly how I can help. Something as simple as remembering her supplements for her or dimming the lights after 8pm. They also arranged couple counselling that we decided to continue privately.”

The symptoms that cut across every stage

We practice root cause medicine that sees and listens carefully to what the symptoms are communicating. These are some common symptoms we address, but this is not a comprehensive list.

73%FPA/Bayer, 2025of women with symptoms are not seeking treatment

Hormonal Health

Irregular cycles, PMS, PCOS, endometriosis. We map your hormonal patterns and address the upstream drivers.

Workplace Impact

Hormonal conditions cause 9 days of lost productivity per month on average. Most women manage in silence.

94%Srav Health, 2025of clients present with gut-related symptoms

Gut Health

Bloating, IBS, constipation, reflux. Your gut estrobolome directly regulates oestrogen levels. We address the gut-hormone connection.

Workplace Impact

Digestive issues cause daily discomfort, brain fog, and energy crashes that compound through the workday.

3amThe wake-up call millions of women recognise

Sleep & Energy

Waking at 3am, wired but tired, crashing after lunch. These are not random. They map to cortisol rhythm disruption and progesterone decline.

Workplace Impact

Sleep disruption reduces cognitive function by 25%. It compounds weekly, not daily.

59%Deloitte, 2024of women in the workforce report burnout symptoms

Anxiety, Stress & Mood

Rage before your period. Low mood that appears from nowhere. Emotional regulation that used to be effortless. These are nervous system signals, not personality.

Workplace Impact

Mood changes are the primary reason women reduce hours or leave senior roles. The cause is physiological, not psychological.

3xMigraine Research Foundationmore common in women than men, peaking during perimenopause

Migraines & Headaches

Hormonal migraines follow your cycle. We track the pattern, identify triggers, and coordinate treatment across neurology, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.

Workplace Impact

Migraines cause an average 4.4 lost workdays per month. Presenteeism adds another 11.4 reduced-effectiveness days.

80%Cleveland Clinic, 2024of women gain weight during menopause transition

Skin & Weight Management

Stubborn belly weight, skin changes, hair thinning. These are metabolic and hormonal signals. We address the root cause, not the symptom.

Workplace Impact

Body changes affect confidence, self-image, and how women show up at work. The impact on performance is real but invisible.

60%Journal of Menopause, 2023of perimenopausal women report cognitive difficulties

Brain Fog & Cognitive Clarity

Forgetting words. Losing your train of thought mid-sentence. Struggling to concentrate. This is oestrogen withdrawal affecting your prefrontal cortex.

Workplace Impact

Brain fog directly impacts decision-making, presentation quality, and strategic thinking. Women in leadership are most affected and least likely to disclose.

40-55%ISSWSH, 2024of midlife women report low sexual desire

Low Libido & Intimacy

Libido is not just hormonal. It involves the nervous system, stress load, relationship dynamics, and body image. We address all four.

Workplace Impact

Intimacy challenges affect emotional wellbeing, relationship stability, and overall quality of life, all of which influence how women perform at work.

50%+Arthritis Foundation, 2024of menopausal women experience joint pain

Joint Pain & Inflammation

Oestrogen is anti-inflammatory. As it declines, joints, tendons, and connective tissue are affected. We coordinate nutrition, movement, and clinical support.

Workplace Impact

Chronic pain reduces productivity by up to 30%. It accumulates quietly and is rarely connected to hormonal changes.

Common Questions

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. Most women come to us before a formal diagnosis. Our 53-question clinical assessment maps your symptoms across five body systems and identifies what needs attention first.

What age group is this for?

We support women across all reproductive life stages, from trying to conceive through postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Our youngest clients are in their late 20s, our oldest in their early 60s.

Is this only for perimenopause and menopause?

No. While many women find us during perimenopause, we support fertility, postpartum recovery, hormonal conditions like PCOS and endometriosis, and health concerns like gut health, migraines, and mood that affect women at every age.

How is this different from seeing my GP?

Your GP addresses acute issues. We coordinate ongoing care across multiple clinical modalities: Functional Medicine, Ayurveda, TCM, Psychotherapy, Clinical Nutrition, and Breathwork, all working as one coordinated team toward a single protocol.

Can my partner or family member use the platform?

Yes. We offer partner support and counseling to help partners understand what is happening during perimenopause and menopause, and how to provide meaningful support.
